I’m Margaret Rose Fonseca

Margaret Rose Fonseca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Coach with over 30 years of experience.

I am Margaret Rose Fonseca, and I make my home in rural Georgia, but offer counseling and coaching through virtual sessions, phone chat and journal messages throughout most states.

Through my experience as Director of Social Services in the areas of long-term care and assisted living services working with senior adults, as well as those with vulnerable conditions for over thirteen years, along with more than thirty years  working with teens, couples, survivors of Domestic Violence, and those struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I am uniquely qualified to work in many areas of mental health.

Mission Statement

Let’s break the silence of mental health stigma. Mental Health Matters are as important to physical health as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and other diseases.
